Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate - Inside Sales to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads, and driving revenue through proven inside sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads through outbound communication channels
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities
- Conduct initial sales conversations and lead warmup via phone, email, video conferencing, etc
- Follow up with potential customers and track interactions using our marketing tools & processes
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, consulting and product teams to refine outbound strategies as required
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and MarTech software like Zoho, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
