Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate - Inside Sales to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads, and driving revenue through proven inside sales strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads through outbound communication channels
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities
  • Conduct initial sales conversations and lead warmup via phone, email, video conferencing, etc
  • Follow up with potential customers and track interactions using our marketing tools & processes
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, consulting and product teams to refine outbound strategies as required
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and MarTech software like Zoho, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
