Responsible for onboarding process – enabling asset allocation for new joiners, ensuring all arrangements for onboarding connects, onboarding feedback collection and refining the onboarding process
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and other ad-hoc HR communication
Contribute to HR newsletter KNOL, social media HR posts, Appreciation Boards
Facilitate the monthly rewards and recognition program
Drive monthly events – All Hands Meet (Stand Up), fun and collaboration events, physical and mental wellness events, etc
Connect with employees on regular basis to check the pulse – organize Focus Groups with employees, One-on-one discussions, etc
Work with HR Ops team & Functional Heads to understand the learning needs of employees thereby contributing to planning the Learning Calendar
